01

Your own workspace.

Your conversations, files and app records are separated by your own sign-in. The workspace is hosted on our own servers in Australia.

02

Connections you choose.

Use the native workspace on its own. Add accounts, local folders or a remote server when the job needs them. Each connection has its own permissions.

03

Permission before action.

Review outbound email and confirm the named recipient before sending. Download your files or export workspace data without exporting credentials.

Model services and connected providers process the requests sent to them. Ask for current provider and data-handling details before activation.

Before you begin.

How does early access work?+

Tell us what you want to accomplish. We’ll discuss fit, access, commercial terms and support before activating an account. Requesting access does not begin a subscription.

Do I need Google or Microsoft?+

No. You can use the native workspace on its own. Optional connections provide supported mail, calendar and productivity functions, depending on the permissions you grant.

Can I work with my own files?+

Yes. Choose a local folder in a supported browser or connect a remote server over SSH/SFTP. Access is bounded by the connection’s permissions and can be revoked.

What can Design Studio make?+

Visual documents and static page designs, with HTML and PDF exports. It is distinct from CoWork, which creates Office files. It does not promise executable applications, games or interactive media players.

Can I see the workspace?+

Where can I ask about privacy and support?+

Read the trust centre or contact hello@neuralspark.com.au. We’ll explain the current service and provider boundaries before you start.
