Plain words about your work.
What NeuralSpark keeps, why it keeps it, how the workspace is protected, and how to reach a person when you need help. Last updated 6 September 2026.
Your work is for your work.
What we receive
The access form receives the email address, name and message you choose to send. It also uses basic connection information to rate-limit abuse. A Workspace account keeps the files, conversations, projects, calendar records, contacts, drafts, settings and history needed to provide the features you use.
How it is used
We use that information to reply to access requests, operate your private workspace, recover it when something fails, and protect the service. Nothing you make in NeuralSpark is used to train a model, and customer work is not put into a shared customer-data pool.
Connections you choose
If you connect Google, Microsoft, a local folder or a remote server, NeuralSpark uses that connection only for the actions you request. Account credentials are kept outside conversations in a dedicated secret store. External providers still handle their own services under their own privacy terms.
Location, retention and requests
The Workspace service and its private account workspaces are hosted on our own servers in Australia. Operational records are kept only as needed to run, secure and support the service. Ask us to explain, correct, export or delete information associated with you at hello@neuralspark.com.au. We will confirm identity before acting on an account.
Small doors, explicit authority.
- Each admitted account receives an isolated workspace; another customer cannot browse its files, projects or history.
- Connected-account secrets are held separately from chat and workspace content.
- Remote-server access checks destinations, pins host identity and records audited activity.
- Mail can be drafted by the workspace, but sending remains a named-recipient action you explicitly confirm.
- Workspace exports exclude credentials and restore additively rather than erasing existing work.
- The service is monitored, and release checks cover sign-in, tenant separation and customer-facing product paths.
We do not claim an independent security certification. To report a suspected vulnerability, email hello@neuralspark.com.au with a safe description and a way to contact you. Please do not access anybody else's data or disrupt the service while testing.
The agreement comes before activation.
NeuralSpark Workspace is currently offered through early access. Before an account is activated, we provide the applicable service terms, support expectations and any commercial terms for review. This public page explains the product's operating approach; it does not replace that agreement.
Request the current early-access terms at hello@neuralspark.com.au.
A person answers.
If sign-in, a private workspace or a connected service is unavailable, email hello@neuralspark.com.au. Include the time, what you were trying to do and the message shown on screen. Do not include passwords, access tokens or other secrets.
Early access does not yet publish a formal uptime commitment or automated public status feed. Those will be linked here before a general-availability service makes either promise.
